We are excited to offer Yoga to our teen and adult students. Yoga is a wonderful practice in harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible and also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems. No experience necessary!
