We are off to a great start this year! We are enjoying seeing familiar faces and getting to know some new ones too!

Our Make-up Policy
If your dancer is absent and you would like to schedule a make-up class, you must call on or before the day your child is absent. Almost all of our children’s combo classes are FULL so we can only schedule one child at a time for a make-up so that we don’t overwhelm the instructor with too many dancers in the class. For children’s combo classes only two make-up classes are allowed in the fall semester and one in the spring semester. (Older dancers in technique classes need to talk with their instructor regarding make-up classes.)
We do not pro-rate tuition due to absences.
Your dancer may come to class dressed in their Halloween costume the week of Halloween (Oct. 24th – Oct. 29th). They must be able to move freely in them and they must wear their dance shoes.
The studio will be CLOSED on Halloween (Monday Oct. 3st) for all afternoon and evening classes.
Believe it or not, it is time to start thinking about costumes and recital! The recitals will be Friday, June 16th and/or Saturday, June 17th at the Round Rock Performing Arts Center (Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center) across from McNeil High School. Dress Rehearsal will be Thursday, June 15th. Please reserve these dates. More specific details – including your classes specific rehearsal time and show date(s) will be available early Spring.
Our recital theme this year is…
“A Season to Dance!”
Our teachers are having a blast picking out music and costumes! You will be getting a costume invoice the first week in November. We will begin to measure children for their costumes in November as well. Costume payments will be due by December 1st. Please let the office staff know if your child will NOT be participating in the recital.
Tuition and Drop Policy Reminder
If you are paying your tuition monthly, it is due on the 1st of the month. A $10 late fee is added to all accounts paid after the 10th. If you choose to drop a class, we must receive written notice before the 1st of the month. Otherwise, your account will be charged the current month’s tuition. Thank you!!!
