The holidays are in full force at The Dance Gallery! We are enjoying the holiday music and cheery smiles in the studio! Please take a moment to read our December email for all of the latest studio news.
December Tuition Due
Please note that our tuition is based on the semester. Therefore monthly installment payments remain the same regardless of how many classes there are in the month. To avoid a $10 late fee, please pay your tuition by the 10th of the month. Thank you!
Costume Payments and Recital Agreements are Due
If your dancer will be participating in our annual recital in June, please turn in your recital agreement along with your costume payment to the office this week. We will NOT order your dancer’s costume if we do not receive the costume payment. We also will NOT order costumes for any accounts that are past due…so please make sure your account is up to date. If you have lost your recital agreement, please print another one from this link – Recital Agreement.
We are measuring all of our dancers for costume sizing. We will do our best to choose the appropriate size, while allowing some growing room for the younger dancers. Please note that costumes do NOT come custom made and therefore some slight alterations may be necessary. Costumes will arrive in the Spring.
Paying your Account Online
Remember you may view and pay your account online using a credit card by clicking on the link below. If this is the first time doing this, enter your email address we have on file and then click “Forgot my Password”.
***If you are on auto-pay your costume fees were deducted from your card on file along with your December tuition.
Come See Us Perform Our Holiday Dances
Our Troupe, Hip Hop Crew and our Petite Team performers (along with some of our younger combo students) have some exciting holiday performances this weekend! We would LOVE for you and your family to come support us! They will be performing this Friday at The Round Rock Family Night, Dec. 1st at 8pm in Downtown Round Rock on Main and Blair Street and at The Georgetown Christmas Stroll Saturday, Dec. 2nd at 5:30pm in downtown Georgetown on the “Jingle Bell Stage” between 8th Street and Austin Avenue. We hope to see our dance families at these festive community events!
Parent Observation/Holiday Party Week – December 15th-21st
Don’t forget your camera this week! This will be our last week of classes before the holiday break. We will show off a short holiday dance and enjoy some treats during your child’s class time. If you would be interested in bringing cookies for your dancer’s class, let their instructor know ASAP. We have many students who have severe allergies to nuts/peanuts, so please make sure your treats are nut FREE! Thank you!

The last week of classes this semester will be Dec. 15th – 21st. Classes resume January 8th 2018. All current students are registered through the end of our dance season (mid-June 2018). You do NOT need to re-register for the spring semester.
Instructors will continue working through our curriculum in the spring semester and will begin teaching choreography for the recital in early February. We have had a blast making our music choices and picking out the costumes. We are VERY excited about our show in June, “Waterworks”! We know you will love it too!
As the first semester is winding down, I want to take the time to let you know how much we have enjoyed sharing our love of dance with your children. All of us at The Dance Gallery are wishing you a fabulous holiday season and we look forward to a wonderful new year!
