Classes Begin Tuesday, Sept. 3rd
It’s time to begin our 2019-2020 dance season! The staff can’t wait to get started and see all of our dancers next week! The studio will be closed on Monday for the Labor Day holiday. Classes begin Tuesday, September 3rd.
We realize that you have a choice in your child’s dance education and we feel truly blessed that you have given us the opportunity to share the gift of dance with them. The world of dance is an exciting adventure and The Dance Gallery is committed to providing each student with the BEST dance experience!
The first month back is always VERY busy at The Dance Gallery. Please make sure you are familiar with our dress code, business policies and location of your class(es). A class confirmation email will be sent to all currently registered students. If you need to make a change, please contact our office or if you would like to join us there is still time to register! If your dancer is on a wait list we will contact you as soon as an opening is available.

- Dress code is extremely important. Please review the dress code on our website.
- Please label all shoes and dance bags!
- Drops – The studio policy is to notify us in writing BEFORE the 1st of the month…otherwise your account will be charged.
- The Dance Gallery has 4 studios. You can find the location of your class(es) on your class confirmation that will be emailed by the end of the week.
Recital 2020 Information
We are excited to announce that our 11th recital will be moving back to the Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center, where we will have plenty of seating for our large dance family. We will pass out recital agreements and costume information in November. The recital fee is $60/student or $70/family (due Feb. 1st). No need to sell tickets! General Admission is FREE…so invite as many guests as you would like!

- Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, June 11th (your specific rehearsal time TBA)
- Recitals – Friday, June 12th and/or Saturday, June 13th. (your specific show day(s) and time TBA)

Tuition and Fees
Tuition is due of the 1st of the month. You can pay your account online by clicking HERE! If you are on auto pay your credit card on file will be charged on September 1st. There is a $10 late fee added to all accounts not paid by the 10th of every month. You may want to consider paying for the entire semester (Sept. – Dec.) and receive a 5% discount! See the office to pay for the semester in full so we can apply your discount correctly. There is also a $15 discount/month for each additional family member. However, the sibling discount and the semester discount do not BOTH apply. There are no refunds given on either monthly or semester tuition payments.
