It’s time to begin our 2017-2018 dance season! The staff can hardly wait to get started and see all of our dancers next week! The studio will be closed on Monday for the Labor Day holiday. Classes begin Tuesday, September 5th.
I realize that you have a choice in your child’s dance education and I feel truly blessed that you have given us the opportunity to share the gift of dance with them. The world of dance is an exciting adventure and The Dance Gallery is committed to providing each student with the BEST dance experience!
The first month back is always very, VERY busy at The Dance Gallery. Please make sure you are familiar with our dress code, business policies and location of your class(es). Read below for more important information!

- Please label all shoes and dance bags!
- Drops – The studio policy is to notify us in writing BEFORE the 1st of the month…otherwise your account will be charged.
- The Dance Gallery has 4 studios. You can find the location of your class(es) on your class confirmation that was emailed.
Recital 2018 Information
We are excited to announce that our recital this year will be held again at The Round Rock Performing Arts Center! We are thrilled that we can continue to offer our students a professional venue that seats 1500! This auditorium has state of the art lighting, large dressing rooms and a green room for our younger dancers. We will pass out recital agreements and costume information in November. The recital fee will be $55/student or $65/family (due Feb. 1st). No need to sell tickets! General Admission is FREE…so invite as many guests as you would like!

- Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, June 14th (your specific rehearsal time TBA)
- Recitals – Friday, June 15th at 6:30pm and/or Saturday, June 16th at 2:30pm and 6:30pm.

Tuition and Fees
September tuition is now due. You can pay your account online by clicking HERE! Because we are starting classes after Labor Day, auto pay accounts will be charged on Tuesday, Sept. 5th. There is a $10 late fee added to all account not paid by the 10th of every month. You may want to consider paying for the entire semester (Sept. – Dec.) and receive a 5% discount! See the office to pay for the semester in full. There is also a $10 discount/month for each additional family member. However, the sibling discount and the semester discount do not BOTH apply. There are no refunds given on either monthly or semester tuition payments.
