It’s time to begin our 2016-2017 dance season! The staff can hardly wait to get started and see all of our dancers next week! The studio will be closed on Monday for the Labor Day holiday. Classes begin Tuesday, September 6th.

I realize that you have a choice in your child’s dance education and I feel truly blessed that you have given us the opportunity to share the gift of dance with them. The world of dance is an exciting adventure and The Dance Gallery is committed to providing each student with the BEST dance experience!

The first month back is always very, VERY busy at The Dance Gallery. Please make sure you are familiar with our dress code, business policies and location of your class(es). Read below for more important information!

Important Reminders

  • Dress code is extremely important. Please click here to review the dress code. Please label all shoes and dance bags!
  • Drops – The studio policy is to notify us in writing BEFORE the 1st of the month…otherwise your account will be charged.
  • The Dance Gallery has 3 studios. Studio A and B are located in suite 202 and Studio C (our largest studio) is located in suite 100 – next to Beijing Express. Please note the location of your classes on the schedule on our website or on your class confirmation that was emailed.
  • The Dance Gallery is building a new studio scheduled to open in January 2017. Our future address is 1135 Satellite View (off of University Blvd, behind the Sonic). We are VERY excited about our new home! We encourage everyone to drive by and see the progress that is being made.

Recital 2017 Information

We are excited to announce that our recital this year will be held again at The Round Rock Performing Arts Center! We are thrilled that we can continue to offer our students a professional venue that seats 1500! This auditorium has state of the art lighting, large dressing rooms and a green room for our younger dancers. The recital fee will be $55/student or $65/family (due Feb. 1st). No need to sell tickets! General Admission is FREE…so invite as many guests as you would like!

Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, June 15th (your specific rehearsal time TBA)

Recitals – Friday, June 16th at 6:30pm and/or Saturday, June 17th at 2:30pm and 6:30pm. Other important dates can be found on our studio calendar.

Tuition and Fees

September tuition is due Sept 6th or on your child’s 1st class day. Normally, tuition will be due on the 1st of the month and a late fee of $10 will be applied to all accounts paid after the 10th of the month. (However, because we start classes after Labor Day, tuition is not due until the 6th and no late fees will be applied in September). To avoid future late fees you may want to consider paying for the entire semester (Sept. – Dec.) and receive a 5% discount! There is also a $10 discount/month for each additional family member. However, the sibling discount and the semester discount do not BOTH apply.

If you would like to make an online payment now or set up automatic withdrawal using a credit card please read below for instructions. Before September 6th your online account will show you a zero amount due because our season starts Sept. 6th. It will instead show you what is due within 30 days (which includes Sept. tuition and Oct. tuition). If you pay before the 6th, please enter your correct monthly tuition for September. If you are on auto pay, your account will only be charged what is due Sept. 6th.

If you will be paying for the semester you will need to take care of this at the studio or by calling the studio during office hours as we need to apply your semester discount first.
